4 Blythburgh Free Range Pork loin steaks
4 teaspoons pesto
4 slices
Mozzarella
Season the steaks, then grill them until almost cooked. Spread the pesto on
top of each steak and top each with a slice of mozzarella. Put them back under
the grill for about a minute until the cheese is golden and just cooked through.
Good served with a wide ribbon pasta such as tagliatelle or pappardelle, or a
simple green salad
